how do i track my order?
Each order once completed, will receive a shipping notification including their tracking number. Go to www.usps.com and input your tracking number to get the updated information regarding your shipment. If you need more assistance, please contact our customer service throught the contact form or at email@example.com and please be sure to include your order number and name so we can look up your order.
what are my delivery options?
Due to high volume of products being shipped out, items may take up to 3 business days to be shipped out. Customers will receive an email notifying them their order has been processed, and then again when the item has been shipped.
Domestic Orders: Orders are shipped via USPS and are delivered within 3-5 business days once shipped. If you choose 2-day shipping
International Orders: Orders are shipped via USPS and are delivered within 5-14 business days once shipped.
what is your cancellation/returns policy?
At Urban Finesse, we want to make sure our customers are happy with each and every purchase. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of processing it so that we can cancel the order. After, we cannot guarantee a cancellation in case it had already shipped.
If you receive your order and would like to return or exchange it, please contact our customer service in the Contact Form or at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We offer a 14 day return policy, including a full refund, exchange, or store credit. The item(s) must be shipped back in its original condition, unworn, tags attached, and received by Urban Finesse within the 14 days (unless arranged otherwise through customer service) in order to receive a refund.
There are no returns or exchanges on jewelry or accessories.
Sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE, but they may be exchanged for a different size or color if they are still in stock. (Discount and coupon codes may not apply to this unless the item is on sale at the time of purchase.)
Please note: Shipping costs are not refunded, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees as well.
how do i return an item?
If you meet the requirements and would like to return an item, please contact or customer service in our Contact Form or at email@example.com. Please be sure to include the order number, your name, and contact information. We will send you the information needed to process the return.
We strongly encourage using delivery confirmation for your return package as we will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit. Once we receive your returned item(s) they will be processed within 3-5 business days, after which you will be refunded or emailed an electronic gift card for the amount of your original purchase price minus shipping charges; shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return and exchange.
